CBAS – Study Abroad
The College of Basic and Applied Sciences (CBAS) is excited to announce its Study Abroad Scholars Program. The goal of this program is to help advance the education and personal development of CBAS students who have the potential to achieve distinction in their chosen science field, as well as become outstanding leaders in their careers and professions.
Study abroad is consistently recognized as one of the most significant components of a successful undergraduate experience. To make these experiences available to as many CBAS students as possible, the College of Basic and Applied Sciences in coordination with the Office of Education Abroad has developed a robust study abroad program for all. Support will be provided for up to 12 students working towards a bachelor’s degree in the sciences in the form of a study abroad scholarship each year. This program is central to CBAS’ commitment to preparing its graduates to live and work in the global future.
